Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays can occur. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3 weeks due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Birdie Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
